Well checks, sports physicals, sick visits, telehealth (without kit), forms needed for school, camp, mental health.
Exception: ear piercing and initial evaluation for ADHD (see new diagnosis)- once diagnosed further visits are included

Louisiana Residents
Available to Louisiana residents only. Access to Dr Patterson via text message and virtual appointments when appropriate. Ask about an appropriate video otoscope.

mental health - New diagnosis
Helps identify ADHD and anxiety and depression but doesn’t take the place of neuropsychology evaluations. Visits are lengthy so please make accommodations for appointments. May have a visit with or without child initially. Forms will be emailed or sent through the portal and must be completed prior to visit.
$300 one time
mental health care - established
Child is not a full time patient of Magnolia Pediatrics but parents wish to have the child’s ADHD treated by Dr. Patterson. Patient has already been diagnosed and is stable on medication. Visits are every 3 months unless medication needs to be changed. Telemedicine is an option every other visit.

Ear Piercings
Blomadahl Products - titanium or medical plastic in sterile packaging
Must be 4 mos or older and have two doses of tetanus vaccine before piercing.
Multiple options of colors including pearls, diamonds and colored flowers

Sports Physical
One time sports physical, must have immunization form available and page two of sports physical filled out
